Will it actually fit my 150 cm or 160 cm dakimakura?

Yes to both. The sleeve is 63 in (160 cm) long — standard 150 cm (59 in) covers slide in with room to spare, 160 cm (63 in) covers fit snug and straight. If your cover is some unicorn 170 cm doujin print, it will not fit, and we are sorry for your specific suffering.

Can you actually see through it? Be honest.

No. It is opaque, matte-black, heavy-weave polyester. Hold it up to a 100W bulb and you'll see nothing. We tested this with paranoid customers who returned it because they "couldn't believe it was that hidden." It is that hidden.

Does it fit the inner pillow + cover together, or just the cover?

Both, together. You don't have to disassemble her every time the in-laws stop by. Insert the whole pillow as-is, zip, done. The sleeve is roomy enough to handle a fully-stuffed Grand Siberian without forcing the zipper.

Is the shipping really discreet?

Plain brown box. No brand name, no anime art, no descriptive label. Carrier scan shows "ANIMEDAKIMAKURA" or our parent company on the shipper line — nothing about the contents. Same as every ADP order. No extra fee. Your secret is safe.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes — carry-on or checked. The sleeve itself is ~7 oz (200 g) so it adds basically nothing to your weight allowance. Zipped up, she looks like a long bolster pillow. TSA has seen weirder. Don't volunteer information you weren't asked for.

Can I wash it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. We don't recommend machine wash — the heavy weave handles it but the zipper is happier if you don't. It barely gets dirty since it lives indoors and exists to keep dirt OUT.

How long until it arrives?

Standard shipping: 7–14 days. Express: 5–7 days. Free worldwide shipping on orders $99 and over. Most US orders ship from regional fulfillment so it's usually closer to the fast end.

Why does this exist? Couldn't I use a garbage bag?

What if it doesn't work for me?
